1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeaScanner (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Description of Service

TeaScanner provides a paid report service that cross-references user-provided information (name, age, city, photo, social handles) against an index of publicly and privately sourced social media posts from dating-related community groups. The Service generates a confidential report delivered via email.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using TeaScanner, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use TeaScanner to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual. You may not submit false information or use the Service to obtain information about someone other than yourself without their explicit consent. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are displayed at checkout and include all applicable fees. We do not store your credit card information.

6. Report Accuracy

TeaScanner uses AI-based matching including facial recognition and text analysis to generate reports. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that results are 100% complete or error-free. Reports reflect data available in our index at the time of generation. A “Not Found” result means no match was identified in our current index — it does not guarantee that no post exists anywhere.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with TeaScanner are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TeaScanner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, reputational harm, or decisions made based on report contents. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TeaScanner, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
