Cancel Monitoring Subscription

Enter the email address you used when you signed up. Your monitoring will be canceled immediately and you will not be charged again.

Nature of the Service

TeaScanner provides a one-time digital report delivered electronically. Because the report is generated immediately upon payment and involves the use of computational resources (AI matching, facial recognition, database queries), the service is considered fully rendered at the time of delivery.

Before Payment

You may cancel at any time before completing payment. Simply close the checkout page or navigate away. No charge will be made and no data will be retained from incomplete submissions.

After Payment — Report Delivered

Once payment is completed and your report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled. As a digital product that is generated on demand and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided after delivery.

Monitoring Subscription

If you opted in for continuous monitoring ($9.99/month), you can cancel at any time using the form above. Cancellation takes effect immediately — you will not be billed again and monitoring will stop. No partial-month refunds are provided.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If a system error prevented your report from being generated or delivered, we will either regenerate the report or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same submission, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.
  • Report not received: If you did not receive your report within 24 hours of payment and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible reason, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:

  • The email address used for the order
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
